Full renovations in Ripollet and the Vallès
We renovate homes and business premises from top to bottom: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, doors, drywall, insulation, electrics, plumbing and heating. And since we also do aluminum carpentry and PVC windows, one company can handle the whole job, windows included.
We have been renovating homes in Ripollet and the Vallès with our own team for over 30 years, since 1990. The visit and the quote are free and with no obligation.
What we renovate
Full renovations
Whole flats and houses: redistribution, installations, finishes and carpentry, coordinated by a single team.
Kitchens
Design and renovation of your kitchen to measure. You can see set-up kitchens at our showroom in Ripollet.
Bathrooms
A full bathroom renovation or specific changes, such as renewing the shower tray.
Business premises and offices
We renovate shops and offices so they are ready to open or to work better.
Flooring and interior doors
Laminate flooring and interior doors to refresh a home without a full renovation.
Drywall and insulation
Drywall partitions and ceilings, and thermal and acoustic insulation for more comfort and quiet.
Installations
Electrics, plumbing and heating, done by our own team within the same project.
Windows and enclosures
We change the windows as part of the same renovation, in aluminum or PVC, made to the measure of each opening.
See the result before you start
We present the project with realistic renders, so you can see how your kitchen, bathroom or home will look before anything is touched. That way you choose materials, colours and layout with confidence, and the work starts with no surprises.
One single team, no subcontracting
- We supervise and manage the work from start to finish.
- We don't delegate to third parties: we control every stage of the project directly.
- Not depending on outside coordination means we keep to deadlines better.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a full, kitchen or bathroom renovation cost?
It depends on the size, the current condition, the installations and the materials you choose. That is why we do a visit and a quote made to measure, free and with no obligation.
Can I see how the renovation will look before starting?
Yes. We present the project with realistic renders so you can see the result and decide on materials and layout before the work starts.
Do you work with subcontractors?
No. The work is done and managed by our own team from start to finish, which gives us direct control over every stage and over deadlines.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have financing options tailored to each project. We explain them during the visit, together with the quote.
Do you renovate business premises and offices?
Yes. As well as homes, we renovate shops and offices.
Do I need council permission to renovate?
It depends on the type of work and the town hall: changing finishes is not the same as redistributing rooms or touching the façade. On the visit we guide you on what your case needs.
